Contractual Administrator (FPSO Operations – Onshore Support)

Job Purpose



The Contractual Administrator is responsible for providing contract administration and operational support for FPSO operations from the onshore support base. The primary focus of the role is the administration of operational service contracts, contractor reporting, timesheet reconciliation, and contractual compliance. The position ensures that contractor documentation, service records, personnel timesheets, and contract deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with contractual requirements, while supporting efficient invoice verification and operational reporting.

The role works closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Contract Owners, and offshore contractor representatives to ensure contractual obligations are effectively administered throughout the contract lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Contract Administration or Commercial Management is advantageous.
  • Training in document control or contract management systems is desirable.


Experience



  • Minimum 5 years of contract administration or operations support experience.
  • Minimum 3 years supporting offshore oil and gas, FPSO, offshore drilling, marine, or industrial operations.
  • Experience administering service contracts and contractor personnel.
  • Experience reconciling contractor timesheets and supporting invoice verification.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary operational teams.
