Job Description:

Positions are available in the following towns: Coast | Okahandja | Karibib / Usakos | Keetmanshoop

We are currently seeking an individual to guide the team and reinforce our reputation as a leader in operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the details of daily operations, handling complex systems-based protocols that require strict adherence to regulations, directing team workflow, and interacting with customers as the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations

  • Motivate employees, resolve issues, and make difficult decisions.
  • Serve as a conduit of communication between employees and senior management.
  • Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities.
  • Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.
  • Meet and exceed organizational goals with optimum use of workforce and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and legal policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the production department to manage workflow and ensure employees fully comprehend responsibilities and delegated tasks.
  • Set performance goals and deadlines in line with the company's vision, monitoring budget and reporting variances to leadership.
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.

2. Quality Assurance

  • Direct work of employees to meet quality and on-time delivery requirements; address production challenges and communicate to appropriate leadership.
  • Monitor team productivity and provide performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship, and discipline as needed.
  • Receive and track employee and customer complaints and resolve problems.
  • Quality control and continuous customer satisfaction, achieved through effective employee training and implementation of company policies and Procedures.
  • Training and guiding team on programs.

Requirements: 

  • An associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Proven work experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to adhere to deadlines.
  • Experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
  • Ability to motivate people on your team and across departments.
