Job Title



Procurement Lead – FPSO Onshore Base



Job Purpose



To lead all procurement activities supporting the FPSO, ensuring that materials, spare parts, equipment, and services are sourced and delivered in accordance with operational requirements, company policies, contractual obligations, and HSE standards. The Procurement Lead is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, optimizing costs, managing supplier performance, and ensuring continuity of supply for offshore operations.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain) is an advantage.
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, ISM, APICS/ASCM, or equivalent is highly desirable.


Experience



  • 8–12 years of procurement experience in the oil and gas, offshore, marine, or energy sector.
  • At least 5 years in a senior procurement or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting FPSOs, offshore production facilities, drilling operations, or large offshore projects.
  • Experience managing high-value procurement contracts and strategic supplier relationships.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP (MM), Oracle, or IFS.
