Job Purpose
The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering human resource functions for personnel engaged in offshore drilling rig operations and associated onshore support activities. The role ensures compliance with company policies, labour legislation, client requirements, and industry standards while providing HR analytics, workforce planning, recruitment support, employee relations coordination, personnel administration, training records management, and reporting services to support safe and efficient offshore operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Development, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years' HR experience within Oil & Gas, offshore drilling, marine, logistics, mining, construction, or industrial environments.
- Experience supporting rotational workforces, remote site operations, or offshore personnel preferred.
- Knowledge of labour legislation, employment practices, and HR administration.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll interfaces, and workforce reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
